At Notre, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, offering a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all designer packaging and tags are included to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
